Policy Details
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under these conditions:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Customized/Made-to-order items are Non-Returnable.
- Sale/Clearance items are Non-Refundable.

number.
2. Approval:
Wait for our approval and return instructions.
3. Ship It:
Pack securely. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is
defective.
4. Processing:
We inspect and process refunds within 7 business days of receipt.
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Bank processing may take 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the item was defective, we provide a full refund including shipping.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will immediately arrange a replacement or full refund.
